Cashew Chicken
INGREDIENTS
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 1/2 cups cashew nuts
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
- Hot cooked rice
DIRECTIONS
- Combine chicken, cashews, mushrooms, celery, soup, green onions, butter, and soy sauce in a crook pot slow cooker.
- Cover; cook on LOW 6-8 hours or on HIGH 4-6 hours.
- Serve over rice.
