Cashew Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 cups cashew nuts
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • Hot cooked rice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine chicken, cashews, mushrooms, celery, soup, green onions, butter, and soy sauce in a crook pot slow cooker.
  2. Cover; cook on LOW 6-8 hours or on HIGH 4-6 hours.
  3. Serve over rice.
